Do you ship overseas?

SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to dispatch within 3 business days of receipt of the order. Peak periods may take a day or 2 longer.

Delivery times (as advised by Australian Postal Service) are estimated at;

Australia – 2-5 days (Tasmania, Western Australia and outback remote areas can take up to 12 business days as advised by Auspost)

Europe
– approx. 15 - 20 business days

USA and rest of world
– 5 - 15 business days (West coast US orders have been arriving in 5 - 10 business days, East coast US orders have been arriving in 5 - 15 business days on average).
The peak holiday periods (eg. Christmas) can take a little longer.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We are happy to ship worldwide! Some international locations may add additional fees and taxes. Please check with your local customs or post office regarding your countries rules and regulations.

ADDRESS: Please check your receipt to ensure that your address is correct. Unfortunately, we can not be held responsible for incorrect addresses entered by customers.

REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase!
Please contact me first if you have any problems with your order.

DEFECTIVE & BROKEN PRODUCTS: If an item arrives defective or broken upon arrival (due to postage), we ask that you contact us directly at rob@imaginaryarts.com.au with photos of the item and the packaging as well as a description of the broken product.

ADDRESS: Please check your receipt to ensure that your address is correct. Unfortunately, we can not be held responsible for incorrect addresses entered by customers.

All circumstances are different, if there is any issues with your order, please contact us directly at rob@imaginaryarts.com.au and we will endeavor to fix the issue.

 Do you do custom stencils?

Yes..... as my dad used to tell me when I was a young boy, "son, anything is for sale at the right price".

We can certainly do custom stencils however they do cost more than a normal stencil because of the hours of design, testing and manufacturing that goes into making a quality product. For details contact us at rob@imaginaryarts.com.au

Why Clear Acrylic stencils?
We make our stencils out of 1.5mm clear acrylic so it is easy to line your work up on your page rather than others stencils that use card or mylar, it is always a guess if you have your stencil in the right spot. It is also has nice smooth firm edges to trace around, so your stencil wont collapse causing that ugly line across your work.
